By using Bookwright software products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Use of Services
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Billing and Payment
Services are billed per subscription plan as selected in your account. Plans are billed monthly and payment is processed automatically.
Data Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
Limitation of Liability
WrightSource Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
